Simpson Physiotherapy | Bearsden & Across Greater Glasgow
You became a physio because you wanted to help people — not to rush through appointments or tick boxes, but to see genuine progress and celebrate every milestone along the way and know that it's been ypur help and expertise that's made rhe difference.
At my practice, you'll have the freedom to do work that matters — helping people slow the progression of Parkinson's, get back walking again after stroke, and stay fit, active, and independent in the lives that matter most to them.
You'll build real, enjoyable relationships with your clients — the kind where sessions are fun, client centred, purposeful and a good bit of banter with some great people — you'll go home each day knowing your work is fulfilling, appreciated, and genuinely changes how people live.
What the Role Involves
Provide 1:1 home visits across Greater Glasgow, as well as 1:1's in our Bearsden Clinic, helping clients stay active, confident, and independent.
Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team — physiotherapists, speech therapists, and neuro coaches — to deliver joined-up, high-quality care.
Be part of, and participate in, our weekly IST where you get to learn from highly skilled and experienced staff. Helping bring out the best in ypur clinical skills.
Get to know our clients and tailor individual treatment programmes based on our clients goals and what they want from therapy.
Become PD Warrior trained and support our PD Warrior-licensed programmes and wider community initiatives designed to help people with Parkinson's stay strong, mobile, and motivated.
Continue developing through mentoring, shared CPD sessions, and protected reflection time built into your week.
About You
HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist.
2 years' post-graduate experience, ideally including neuro and MSK. If you have had the opportunity for community rehab work as well, that would be beneficial.
Be confident in what you know and, more improtantly, what you don't know.
Be a caring and compassionate
team player,
and comfortable working independently.
Be curious and reflective — you love problem-solving and bringing energy to your sessions and be a committed life-long learner
Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a car for community visits.
Must love neuro rehab and the results we can help our clients achieve.
Why You'll Love Working Here
Time to care — realistic caseloads and meaningful session lengths.

Clients who value and enjoy working with you — you'll become a trusted part of their lives.
PD Warrior Glasgow licence — be part of Scotland's leading neuro-exercise practice.
Flexible working options and a genuine focus on your development, not just your diary.
