The Role

Join a multidisciplinary service where clinicians are given the
time and support
to deliver effective, evidence-based MSK care. You'll work closely with a high-functioning
MDT
to maximise patient recovery through treatment and integrated pathways.

This opportunity suits
Physiotherapists currently operating at Band 6 or 7
in MSK (NHS or private).
Sports experience isn't essential
—we're focused on strong clinical reasoning, patient outcomes, and collaborative practice.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver expert MSK assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Apply core skills:
    manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, pain education
  • Contribute to MDT pathways, recognising when to involve other disciplines
  • Set clear, patient-centred goals and measure outcomes
  • Keep accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service quality
  • Engage in ongoing CPD and case discussions to continually refine practice

About You

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist (or eligible)
  • Proven MSK experience at
    Band 6/7
    level or equivalent private practice
  • Excellent
    clinical reasoning
    and communication skills
  • Confident across manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain education
  • Team-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous improvement
