Synergy Education is on the lookout for amazing Learning Mentors to join our team in Bodmin.
This is a long-term role supporting children and young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities)—helping them shine, grow, and reach their full potential.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students with SEND
- Help create a positive, nurturing learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and staff to encourage progress and confidence
We're Looking For:
- Passionate, patient, and positive people with experience supporting SEND
- Great communicators who can build trust and rapport
- Team players with a big heart and a can-do attitude
- Be ok driving your car for outdoor education (business insurance)
