Job Title: Freelance Junior Content Creator & Marketing Assistant

Location: Cornwall (house-studio + remote editing)

We're Dirtbusters — the UK's leading independent carpet-cleaning brand. We're ready to step up our social media & content game and we've got a creative house-studio environment in St Agnes, Cornwall for filming. We're looking for someone local, creative and eager to build their career.

Role description:

You'll be responsible for filming and editing video content (TikTok & Instagram Reels) in our house-studio, plus writing blog posts/tutorials for our website. You'll work 2-3 days a week, some days you'll be shooting in-person, other days editing from home with remote check-in. You'll collaborate directly with our Brand Director, bring ideas, test formats, help grow our followers, and turn engagement into website traffic/conversions.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, film and edit 2-4 short videos per week (TikTok/Reels) at our studio.

Write 1 blog/tutorial per week (or equivalent) on topics like "carpet-cleaning hacks", "how to get rid of pet odour", etc.

Stay up to date with social trends, test new video formats, monitor analytics.

Assist with scheduling posts / basic reporting on engagement and conversions.

Who you are:

Student or recent grad, or early career, based in Cornwall or willing to commute.

Have experience creating short-form video content (personal or brand).

Comfortable writing and editing content; confident using Instagram/TikTok.

Creative, proactive, motivated to learn and grow.

Available 2-3 days/week and keen to build a longer-term role.
