We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years practitioners who are committed to delivering the highest possible standards of education and care for our babies and young children. Successful candidates will play an active role in our friendly team, where they will be supported to develop their skills and progress within their childcare career. As a member of our team you will be…

- Working full time for 4 days per week (7.30a.m. – 6.00p.m.)
- As a full time staff member you will be given a generous starting annual leave entitlement of 35 days (27 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays) each year. This entitlement increases annually by 8 hours for the first 5 years of employment.
- Paid overtime for any hours worked over 40 hours or outside of nursery operational hours e.g. staff meetings

- To join our team, you will need to demonstrate commitment and passion about your role in Early Years, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to reflect on your practice, showing a willingness to learn and develop your skills. Previous experience in an Early Years setting (nursery, childminder etc) is desirable for this role.
Subject to availability, we may be able to offer discounted childcare if this is required to work.
The nursery has free parking close by and an amazing team of skilled practitioners to support you.
We offer a competitive salary scale which is regularly reviewed. The current salary scale ranges from £27, £13.00 p.h.) - £29, £14.25p.h.) based on qualification level and experience. The above salary is based on 40 hours per week.
We will be holding first stage telephone interviews in the coming week with follow up (in person) for those successful candidates shortlisted.
PLEASE NOTE CANDIDATES WITHOUT THE REQUIRED, RELEVANT EARLY YEARS QUALIFICATION WILL NOT BE SHORTLISTED. Please be aware Health and Social care/teaching qualifications are not deemed relevant for this position.
