About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Nurse to take a leadership role in our nursing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment to maintain hygiene standards
  • Maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assist clinicians during procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage patient records accurately using dental software.
  • Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Support staff development through training and mentorship
  • Manage stock control and audits
  • Reception duties: booking appointments, handling payments, managing enquiries
  • Help drive practice growth by converting new patient enquiries into appointments
