About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and approval of vacancies within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring roles are raised promptly and any issues are identified and resolved efficiently.
- Manage and respond to queries in the resourcing mailboxes, escalating matters to the appropriate contacts, when necessary, all within agreed timeframes.
- Generate vacancy and data access reports as required, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Provide operational recruitment support, including creating new ATS users and companies, delivering training, and offering guidance to ensure smooth system usage.
- Carry out general administrative tasks to support recruitment operations.
- Assist in compiling management reports and tracking recruitment data trends to inform strategic planning.
- Act as a point of contact for system and onboarding queries, offering support to both the resourcing team and wider business functions.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficient in IT, with strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with ATS software is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent analytical and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to translate manager requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
- Experience in reporting from various data sources.
- Background in customer service or business support, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion.
