Expand Accounts - Construction Accountants is looking for a creative and organised Content and Marketing Exec to work in person from our Cannock office. You will be working directly on building Conor Bentley's personal brand which already has traction on LinkedIn. The plan is to take it to the next level with high quality long form videos, short form clips and consistent marketing output. This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility and wants to build a strong portfolio that will propel their career.

The right person will also have the opportunity to move into a full time role as the brand grows.

Your responsibilities

Content creation

  • Script long form educational videos
  • Film on site using our equipment
  • Edit long form videos
  • Cut each long form video into multiple short form clips
  • Add captions, titles and engaging hooks
  • Create simple thumbnail styles when needed
  • Help plan content ideas and angles that fit the brand

Publishing and scheduling

  • Schedule content across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram
  • Write short captions in a clear and informal style
  • Keep the posting calendar updated
  • Upload and organise files so everything stays efficient

Marketing support

  • Write simple SEO friendly blogs and landing page updates
  • Upload posts and photos to our Google Business Profile
  • Carry out LinkedIn outreach following our templates
  • Prepare and schedule email marketing
  • Track basic performance so we know what content is working

What we are looking for

  • Strong video editing skills
  • Confident filming and directing simple sit down videos
  • Good written English
  • Comfortable posting across multiple platforms
  • Strong SEO and social media skills
  • Reliable and organised
  • Able to commute to Cannock
  • Interested in helping grow a personal brand in the business niche
  • Enjoys making impact rather than working for a big marketing department
