Marketing Executive - Stork Restaurant & Bar
Part-Time (20 hours/week, 4 days) | Hybrid (1-2 days on-site, remainder remote) | £15 per hour
About Stork Restaurant
Located in the heart of Mayfair at 13-14 Cork Street, Stork Restaurant is a Pan-African and Caribbean fine dining establishment that celebrates authentic cultural storytelling through food. Our 160-cover restaurant spans two floors, offering an elevated dining experience that honours diverse culinary traditions.
We've received 5-star press reviews and recognition as a National Restaurant Awards 'One to Watch'. We're committed to excellence in both guest experience and authentic cultural representation.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, autonomous Marketing Executive who can tell our story across digital and offline channels. This isn't a corporate marketing role – we need someone who understands authentic storytelling and can connect with diverse communities through compelling content and strategic campaigns.
You'll work closely with our General Manager whilst having the freedom to execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings for our restaurant and key events.
What You'll Do
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
- Develop, execute, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that authentically represents our brand story
- Develop and execute a TikTok strategy to elevate our presence and grow our following
- Create trending, shareable TikTok content that showcases our food, culture, and dining experience
- Manage content creation and copywriting for website, blog, social media posts, email marketing materials, and newsletters
- Develop content calendars aligned with our events and seasonal programming
- Film and edit video content showcasing our food, culture, and atmosphere
- Schedule posts and engage with followers across all social media platforms
- Analyse engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Work with our design house to brief and coordinate marketing materials
- Maintain and update website content ensuring it's current and optimised
Paid Advertising & Analytics:
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive reservations and event bookings
- Monitor budgets and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
- Utilise Google Analytics to monitor website performance, analyse data, and generate actionable insights
- Track and report on campaign ROI and key performance indicators
SEO & Online Presence:
- Conduct SEO optimisation to improve our search rankings
- Optimise website content and Google Business Profile
- Monitor online reviews and respond appropriately
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Influencer & Partnership Management:
- Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with food influencers and content creators
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, kitchen takeovers, and brand ambassador programmes
- Build partnerships with corporate clients for group bookings and events
- Negotiate collaboration terms and manage influencer visit logistics
- Track and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI
Offline Marketing:
- Coordinate design and distribution of flyers, direct mail, and local marketing materials
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organisations in Mayfair
- Develop and manage loyalty card programmes
- Network at local events to build brand awareness
Events Support:
- Collaborate with our Events Manager to promote private dining, kitchen takeovers, and special programming
- Create event-specific marketing campaigns with urgency and compelling messaging
- Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event content
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Good understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content formats with proven ability to grow TikTok accounts
- Experience identifying and collaborating with influencers and content creators
- Proven experience in digital marketing with demonstrable results across social media, email, and paid advertising
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences

- Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimisation
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with WordPress or website content management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing
