Are you ready to join us in delivering high-quality learning through outdoor, adventurous, and educational activities? You will lead engaging programmes tailored to diverse ages and abilities, ensuring safety, promoting personal and social development, and creating memorable
experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled outdoor and educational activities to meet client aims and quality standards.
- Ensure health, safety, and legislative compliance through risk assessment and management.
- Build positive relationships with participants and group leaders to support personal development.
- Maintain and manage equipment and resources to agreed standards.
- Contribute to service improvement, new product development, and customer engagement.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and assist with contingency planning when needed.
This role is available on a permanent basis.
