Our client has a vacancy for a Post Completion Assistant to join their well-established Residential Conveyancing Team. As a Post Completion Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to their busy team, ensuring unparalleled levels of client service.

This role is crucial to the success of their experienced team who have a demanding workload. This means that you must be able to handle pressure and be able to prioritise your daily workload.
The role is part time, office-based.
Key Responsibilities Of This Role
The role is primarily post completion, submitting SDLT applications, registrations, complying with lender portal requirements, answering land registry requisitions and ensuring our scheduling and file closure procedures are followed. This is a very busy and fast-paced role requiring a super organised person.
Attention to detail, along with a professional and attentive telephone manner and a methodical approach to work, which needs to be completed under strict deadlines, are also vital for this role.
Additional Requirements Of This Role
- If necessary attending to clients, estate agents, solicitors, intermediaries and other 3rd parties both on the telephone/email and in person where requested to provide updates and general advice regarding post completion matter
- Preparing work as requested by any Conveyancing fee earners to whom you report to on post completion work
- Through the operation of the Case Management system managing the tasks/diary management for the post completion work
- Updating the Land Registry and various lender online portals
- Scheduling deeds to clients/lenders
- Filing of papers and other general administrative duties.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate at least 1 year of previous experience and knowledge of working in a Post Completion role in a Residential Conveyancing Department and that you have the skills required to undertake this role.
