Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Corby, Northamptonshire)
£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Day/Night shifts available

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.
About The Client
Our client is a young child, they benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.
Clinical Requirements
You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:
- PEG feeding
- Tracheostomy care
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
Shifts Available
We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.
- Day shifts - 07:00 - 19:00
- Night shifts - 19:00 - 07:00
What The Role Involves
- Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client's home
- Supporting with community access and social activities
- Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
- Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
- Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams
Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

- Experience supporting people with complex needs
- Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
- Strong communication and reliability
- Empathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred values
- Ability to work independently and professionally

Compliance Requirements
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.
Referral Bonus
- £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
- £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer
Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
