SENIOR CLERICAL ASSISTANT

SALARY: Grade D - £25989 £28142 pro rata (Actual Salary £8,809 - £9,539)

STATUS: Temporary until , with a view to making permanent

HOURS: 15 hours per week, Term Time only (5 mornings per week: 8.30am 11.30am)

REQUIRED FROM: 1st January 2026

The Headteacher and Governors of Highfield are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Senior Clerical Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who is efficient and effective to become an integral part of our school.

The successful candidate will:

  • have experience of working in a school context
  • have the ability to work soundly in all aspects of school administration and general office duties
  • have good computer skills, including using SIMS
  • be highly motivated with the ability to work well within a busy office environment
  • provide a welcoming and efficient reception service
