The Team
Capsticks has an established team doing defendant clinical negligence work nationally on behalf of both NHS Trusts and GPs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering this work in London or developing existing relationships with health care organisations. We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate that they have a genuine interest in healthcare, who wish to develop their career in this area of law and want to be part of a supportive and forward thinking team.

The Claims Division comprises around 90 fee earners over three offices (Wimbledon, Leeds and Birmingham). The firm has been a member of NHS Resolution's panel of lawyers since its inception. It is ranked number one in the legal directories for defendant clinical negligence work. Capsticks carries out a wide range of health care work covering inquests, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management.
