Automotive Commercial Trainer

Calex is a specialist training and consultancy organisation contracted to several market-leading automotive manufacturers. We are currently seeking to recruit a Commercial Trainer to join the Retailer Academy team at Bentley Motors.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Trainer and Coach able to personally deliver training online or in the classroom and have experience of managing third party resources in their delivery. They will have experience of the automotive sector in both sales and service. As a passionate, enthusiastic L&D professional the candidate should have demonstrable experience of utilising and implementing interactive training interventions using a variety of different mediums and identifying training needs to drive performance of business goals Consideration will be given to experienced and exceptional professionals from associated industries aligned to sales or service sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery of core Sales and Service process and behavioural training, along with Personal development training courses
Delivery of engaging, learner-focused training solutions
Align all deliveries to the Bentley Brand expectations and requirements
Utilise appropriate technology in the delivery of blended learning interventions, such as e-learning, and Virtual classrooms
Support and manage different stakeholders e.g. Central and Regional teams, Retailers and learners
Engage with SMEs for self-development and training effectiveness
Utilise the LMS data to plan and schedule training and support expedition
Attend Brand-led events as a representative of the Bentley Brand both in the UK and across the globe
Assessment of core roles within the Bentley Network

Desirable:
Experience working within the manufacturing or automotive industry
TAP Delivery Skills Accredited
Extensive Autmotive experience
Luxury brand experience
Additional Language skills
Salary & Benefits
£40k, dependent on experience,25 Days Paid Annual Leave. Calex Employee Benefits Package (inc. High Street Discounts, Online GP, Welfare Scheme).
Place of Work
Your place of work will be a hybrid role, working from home and at the state-of-the-art facilities at Bentley in Crewe. The requirement to go into the office will be based on business needs, with an expectation of a minimum of 3 days per week There will also be times when there may be the requirement to work from alternative locations, both in the UK and overseas e.g. global launch event, Retailers and other sites, as necessary to perform the role.

The successful candidate will be employed by Calex UK ). Calex are a specialist automotive training provider and provide training staff and expertise including Trainers, Developers, Digital Learning Experts, and Administrators.
