The Role

Working as an integral member of our commercial Creative Solutions team, this role is focussed on supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth across all products including: social branded content, influencer marketing and sponsorships within key clients, ensuring retention and long-term partnerships. The aim is to ensure that Pubity Group is seen as a trusted tier 1 partner for our key clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Explore new business opportunities through competitor research and analysis of our current products
  • Learning to brainstorm effectively and present ideas visually and verbally
  • Responding to live briefs that arrive from current or potential clients that want to advertise on our social pages
  • Helping the sales team to develop a target list of brands who could become potential clients
  • Support the Pubity Group B2B Marketing projects
  • Working closely with the editorial team to create new commercial formats that can be sold to advertisers
  • Support media planning and suggesting integrations of social media features to bring added value to commercial deals
  • Work alongside all our internal teams: Sales, Social Editorial and Production to create and deliver pitches to our clients to obtain new or repeat business opportunities
  • Continually provide internal updates of what's happening in the US and UK media markets and present new and innovative ideas
  • You will work in our modern London office and be central to our young, fun and creative culture with lots of opportunities for team building

What do you need to have done before?

  • Have a passion for social media and advertising / marketing
  • Have foundational skills across any of Photoshop, Capcut, Lightroom, InShot, Canva, Phonto
  • Be a self-starter and want to work in a fast-paced startup. As Pubity Group is new to market commercially, with already huge social pages, we have a brilliant opportunity but will be up against stern competition.
  • Strong understanding and interest in the world of digital and use of social channels e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube, Facebook and news websites for Gen-Zs
  • Passionate about quality work and delivering strong business outcomes for clients - as well as hitting targets
  • An aptitude to learn in a fast-paced environment and have a professional approach (attend work on time, going over and beyond for clients, exemplary behaviour)
  • Be genuinely passionate about Pubity Group and our exciting future
