FTE £29,447 Per Annum

Full and Part Time Hours Available Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of learners? We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in English to join our English and Maths department.

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching and tutorials.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
• Embrace innovative learning technologies to enhance the student experience.
• Actively participate in marketing activities and college events.

What we're looking for:

• A degree in English, English Literature, English Language, Creative Writing, or a closely related subject.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience in teaching or training (minimum 1 year).
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage learners.
