We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, forward thinking Band 4 Qualified Nursing Associate. You will work within the community nursing service, providing home-based care, led by Community Nurses. This service is part of the Community Services Division, who provide a multitude of services within Bolton. Experience of working within a community is not essential as the successful candidates will receive a full supportive induction when they join the Division and the team.

The post involves 7 day working which includes bank holidays.
