Senior Service Transition SME
My client is exiting a heavyweight supplier agreement under challenging and tricky conditions.

This is a complex, high-profile and high-visibility technology transition requiring coordination across senior stakeholders.
I am interested in senior candidates who have successfully managed a large scale transition like this before and have references, examples & ability to expand on their contribution in granular detail.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, from early-stage preparation, tender support, and transition planning, through to testing, go-live, implementation, and post-launch maintenance. You will have a well resourced programme team around you to support and deliver.

Experience:

Leading complex service transitions across public and private sector contracts.

Building and executing full lifecycle transition plans, aligned to programme milestones.

Acting as the single point of accountability across stakeholders and incoming suppliers.

Managing infrastructure setup, data migration, access provisioning and supplier onboarding.

Driving change communication and ensuring business readiness from day one.

Owning service integration, acceptance testing, go-live and smooth handover into BAU.

I am not looking for candidates who have done one aspect of brief above, I am looking for proven candidates who can say they've successfully delivered mammoth programmes like this before, reporting to Senior Executives and dealing with big tech suppliers.

£1,000 a day, Inside IR35

London/remote hybrid
