ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Strategy & Transformation Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable programmes with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, track progress, and report to the Strategy & Transformation function.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Use data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and track impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement by embedding best practices and capturing lessons learned.
  • Conduct market research and analyse intelligence to support strategic planning.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong project and programme management capabilities, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a high level of communication and analytical ability. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and driving delivery at pace. A project management qualification is desirable, and familiarity with strategic planning, transformation, and change management principles is essential.

You'll be a confident communicator, highly organised, and professional in style—able to engage at board level while scrutinising detail when required
