Tasks
  • Varies depending on the specific assignment
  • Develop customer and marketing transformation strategies by aligning data, digital tools, and operating models to drive growth and improve CX
  • Use data and insights to shape marketing and customer strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and change delivery, ensuring new marketing models, technologies, and processes are effectively adopted across organisations
Requirements
  • An independent consultant
  • Relevant projects to evidence in marketing strategy or customer experience, within transformation environments
  • Ideally, a background in consulting or previous projects as an independent consultant
  • Comfortable with a hybrid setup in locations across the UK (typically London)
  • Able to work independently and manage workflows effectively
