NET Back End Developer (Hybrid)

We're looking for a skilled .NET Back End Developer to join our development team on a full-time basis. This hybrid role will involve designing, building, and maintaining server-side applications using the .NET framework. You'll play a key role in ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems, while collaborating with front-end developers to deliver integrated solutions.

This position is based at our Newton-le-Willows office, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain back end services and APIs using .NET/.NET Core


• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security


• Integrate front end components with server-side logic


• Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code


• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture decisions


• Collaborate with team members across development, QA, and product teams

Qualifications & Skills


• Strong experience with .NET and .NET Core


• Solid understanding of C# and object-oriented programming principles


• Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services


• Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server) and data modeling


• Ability to troubleshoot and debug back end systems


• Comfortable working independently and within a hybrid team structure
