ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're well known for our famous purple drink it's true, but the real secret ingredient is our team of talented people – that's why we've created a brand-new opportunity for a People Projects and Development Lead to help us bring our people plans to life and keep our culture bubbling. We are an agile business and will consider full time or part time working hours for this role.

The role is split into two main areas of focus - designing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions (both face to face and digitally) and supporting on the delivery and administration of key people projects and tasks related to the people strategy.

You will be expected to work independently, taking full ownership of your projects, while also collaborating with key stakeholders and external partners where appropriate. This is chance to make real impact – turning ideas into action and helping to shape a workplace that truly tastes better.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Working with the wider people team to plan, manage, and deliver cross-functional people projects (e.g. Values and behaviours roll out, reward refresh, engagement surveys, DEI initiatives, etc.)
  • Deliver and evaluate people initiatives/projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope and with measurable impact.
  • Write, deliver and facilitate internal learning materials using an appropriate approach, including e-learning, video, mentoring and coaching.
  • Maintaining open communication with key stakeholders in reaching agreements to achieve project objectives.
  • Analysing situations logically, evaluating options, and thinking creatively to find innovative solutions
  • Making confident, informed and timely decisions, often under pressure, to guide the project's direction.
  • Taking ownership of initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring they have measurable impact and contribute to a culture of self- directed learning
  • Provide data insights and reports to monitor the delivery of programmes, evaluate the quality of learning opportunities, and assess the impact of the interventions on productivity and future skills requirement.
  • Identify future capability and skills needs using market insights and industry trends.
  • Champion a culture of continuous, self-directed learning across the organisation, embedding learning into everyday workflows.

ABOUT YOU…

To make a splash in the role you will bring..

  • Experience of working within a HR function along with working knowledge of HR policies, practices, systems and employee life cycle and of working on HR projects from inception to full roll out.
  • A proactive and curious mindset that identifies continuous improvement. Bringing fresh thinking and an external lens to our policies, processes and ways of working.
  • A strategic approach with the ability to anticipate and shape future people needs.
  • A passion to help people learn, develop and grow as professionals is essential
  • Strong and effective facilitation skills, with ability to deliver from entry management to senior leader level
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies and approaches, together with excellent facilitation, and a collaborative and adaptable approach to building engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience in conducting skills gaps analyses to identify learning needs, and using data to measure program effectiveness
  • A successful and demonstrable experience in designing and delivering with successful ROI
