ROLE SUMMARY
An exciting Senior Leadership role to lead the development and execution of an integrated BU strategy across brands for International organizations accountable for the Oncology / GU brands.

  • Systematically identifies, evaluates and executes incremental growth opportunities and leads the development of industry leading marketing and launch plans

  • Leverages International scale for countries to execute marketing plans to drive 6x Marketing ROI

  • Develops BU-specific capabilities in International, such as patient advocacy, policy, tendering, digital multi-channel marketing / customer engagement in collaboration with functional leads

  • Supports countries to develop International Forecast revenue and OPEX of BU brands, along with associated capital allocation

  • Ensure strong International representation, to reflect regional and country customer insights with Global brand teams to build brand strategy, inform pipeline and launch decisions and prioritize/direct content creation to achieve financial targets. Accountable for co-developing pipeline forecast and associated capital allocation  recommendations for International

  • Engages external stakeholders. Creates innovative solutions to expand patient base for the BU in International

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategy and aspiration to grow International

  • Manages team of BMLs and CCMs to drive industry leading marketing

  • Acts as a Pfizer Senior contact, connecting closely with Top KOLs in the GU Field

  • Capture and share insights for Global BU and brand strategy/ positioning to ensure that International voice is shaping Global strategy and content

  • Supports and develops budget re-allocations / incremental investment opportunities to the Int'l CO VP

  • Represents International BU with Global cross-functional teams

  • Constructively challenge country and regional forecasts and tactical plans to meet targets

  • Leverage synergies and drive standardization across International of scaled initiative

  • Accountable for product launches across International for the given category to ensure all goals are met

  • Drives investment in brands and projects that have highest ROI

  • In collaboration with ACLs, ensures excellence in execution of Group Strategies and Tactics across International

  • Builds International strategies and portfolio management plans, ensures execution of commercial strategy/tactics to achieve marketing objectives that maximize portfolio and drive growth

  • Assess the market potential of new Brands in order to accelerate launch uptake

  • Maximize inline Brands by developing compelling competitive plans to grow market share across the region

  • Conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer Values, & global regulatory guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive experience in both Country and Regional/Global marketing teams across brand lifecyle

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams and develop culture

  • Ability to capture and share market insights, challenge forecasts, and constructively contribute to meet targets

  • Demonstrated successful track record in managing virtual teams and matrix.

  • Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment across International

  • Commercial/portfolio management experience, including accountability for revenues/operating expenses (P&L), asset allocation, value and cost driver decisions

  • Demonstrated experience of developing colleagues and grow future leaders

  • Senior Level executive presence and emotional intelligence to negotiate budgets and FTEs allocations

Global/regional stakeholders:  Brand Marketing Lead, CMO, Customer Content Managers, Commercial Strategic Projects team, Area Commercial Leads, Medical Leads, Medical VP, Global: Global Marketing, Brand leads, Country Managers, Country Brand Leads, Enabling functions: Finance, PHI, Legal, Regulatory, New Product Planning.

  • Global Job Level 110 - local pay grade will be confirmed pending location of successful candidate

  • Location: Any Pfizer Europe Site Location, Europe Timezone (2-3 days per week in line with Log In For Your Day principles/ guidelines)
