Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week – Flexible

Rate: £12.21 – £12.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a caring and reliable HealthCare Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting residents with their daily activities, assisting the care team, and contributing to a positive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
  • Support nursing staff with care tasks as needed
  • Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Ensure compliance with care standards and policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a HealthCare Assistant preferred but not essential
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
