Messaging Engineer (12 month Fixed Term Contract)
Hybrid working: 3 days per week required in the office.
DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global professional services firm who are looking for a Messaging Engineer to join the team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract based in their London office.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to assigned projects to support delivery of new messaging services to the business.
Evaluate new messaging systems and technologies to save time, increase service levels and reduce costs.
Keep up to date on developments in messaging (technologies, products, practices and trends).
Provide support to users on software platforms supported by the Messaging team.
Resolve incidents relating to messaging services in accordance with the Messaging Service Level Agreement and escalating where appropriate.
Act as a technical escalation from service desk and deskside support teams.
Required Skills / Experience:
Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange 2019 / SE
Strong experience of Exchange Online and Intune
Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
Knowledge of email archiving products, such as Enterprise Vault (desirable)
Exposure to mobility solutions, such as MobileIron
Familiarity with cloud-based email filtering services such as Microsoft Exchange Online Protection
