Call Centre Assistant – Maldon

As a Call Centre Assistant, you don't need to have previous optics experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Responsibilities:

This position will be covering both the Optical and Audiology departments with some of the following tasks:

  • All aspects of administration
  • Answering & transferring calls
  • Booking and re-confirming appointments
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Updating & filing records
  • Processing invoices
  • Sending out correspondence

What we're looking for?
