Production Coordinator – Sports Broadcast Events

Contract type: Fixed- January to July 2026

We manage everything from pre-production planning to live broadcast execution, ensuring every moment is captured perfectly.

About the Role

HBS are looking for a
Production Coordinator to support our Production Managers as we plan for the FIFA World Cup 2026 next year. You'll play a key role in organising, planning, and coordinating multiple deliverables — ensuring every production runs seamlessly from preparation to delivery.

  • Support Production Managers across event preparation and operations.
  • Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and event briefings.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external subcontractors.
  • Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and process invoices.
  • Assist with logistics, staffing, and general event administration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows.
  • Provide on-site support during live events when required.


What makes a successful candidate?

  • Experience as a

Production Coordinator or Production Assistant, within sports or live events.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident handling production paperwork (running orders, call sheets, cue sheets).
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to multitask and travel when needed.
