  • Assist with the running and performance of the team.
  • Assist in organising and overseeing daily administrative operations.
  • Ensure company procedures are followed including AML compliance.
  • Help maintain administrative policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with Directors, Regional Directors, Branch Managers and external companies/suppliers.
  • Supervise and support Administrators with their daily tasks.
  • Ensure a high standard of work is upheld by the team
  • Help manage team schedules, workloads, and attendance.
  • Provide training or onboarding support to new team members.
  • Step in for the Team Leader when needed i.e. during absence, meetings, approval requests
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for the Team Leader or management, if required
  • Carry out performance reviews for team – monthly and annually
  • Maintain accurate records, including HR related documentation via Hype
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate meetings or training sessions, if required.
  • Identify areas for improvement in administrative systems or workflows.
  • Assist with audits or compliance checks as needed.
  • Ensuring that all business practices are in line with appropriate and current legislation, in particular; Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008; Money Laundering Regulations 2007; Estate Agents Act 1974.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Company Data Protection Policy.
  • Present a positive, professional image of the LRG throughout dealings with team members, branches, departments and all external parties.
  • Promote and maintain the LRG reputation, upholding company values and culture.
  • Adhere to company policy in relation to all sales activities.

  • Property Sales industry background
  • Detailed knowledge of LRG Sales processes.
  • Good knowledge of Reapit
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience of working within Property Sales industry.
  • Previous experience of line management essential.
