Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in copywriting, executing technical SEO strategies, handling email marketing campaigns, and supporting the management of inbound new business leads in addition to
managing paid search campaigns
. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to drive business growth through effective digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting for SEO:

·      Create well-researched, keyword-optimised content that aligns with SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and user engagement.

·      Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure content supports overall SEO strategy.

  • Technical SEO:
  • Conduct website audits and implement technical SEO improvements to enhance site performance and search engine rankings.
  • Work closely with developers to fix SEO issues and ensure site architecture is search-engine friendly.
  • New Business Pipeline Management:
  • Support lead generation to maintain a healthy new business pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Managing Director and Senior Digital Marketing Manager to align campaigns with business development goals.
  • Track and report on lead progression and marketing contribution to new business.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing.
  • Analyse campaign metrics to optimise open rates, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Paid Media Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to build the new business pipeline.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to prepare regular performance reports across all digital marketing channels.
  • Use data to recommend strategies for ongoing growth and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing roles with a focus on copywriting, AI, SEO, paid media marketing, and email marketing. Agency experience is desired.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices and tools (e.g. Google Search Console, GA4 Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms.
  • Proficient with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills - experience drafting press releases is desired but not essential.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams, e.g., PR.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
