About This Programme
Sky is launching an exciting new graduate programme within Sky Business Sales — a fast-growing area focused on delivering broadband, mobile, TV, and sports packages to businesses like hotels, pubs, and other commercial venues. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new initiative, shaped by industry leaders and designed to give you hands-on experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.

You'll be joining a small, tight-knit cohort of graduates who will help shape the future of Sky Business. With structured training, real client interactions, and rotational placements across different sales functions, this programme is ideal for ambitious graduates who want to build a career in commercial sales and strategy.

What you'll be doing

You'll spend the first 6 months of the programme based at our Leeds office in a desk-based role. After this initial rotation you will have the opportunity to be based from Leeds or Osterley, whilst also travelling across the country to meet clients—one week you could be in Plymouth, the next in London.

During The Two-year Programme, You'll Gain a Deep Understanding Of How Sky Business Operates And How We Deliver Value To Our Clients. Your Journey Will Include

• Initial 6-month placement in Leeds:
• Desk-based learning and onboarding
• Internal training delivered by Sky Business experts
• Handling small client accounts and learning the fundamentals of Business to Business (B2B) sales
• Rotational placements across different sales functions, such as:
• Wholesale Sales
• Direct Sales
• Account Management
• Customer Retention and Acquisition

This graduate programme offers a strong foundation in both commercial strategy and client-facing sales. You'll gain insight into key business areas such as business strategy, data analytics, and commercial decision-making, while also developing hands-on experience working directly with clients — building relationships, understanding their needs, tailoring solutions, and supporting sales growth and customer retention. By the end of the programme, you'll have a well-rounded understanding of how Sky Business operates and the confidence to make a real impact.

We'll support your move to Leeds with a relocation allowance, and you'll have a company car to enable your travel. In addition to your base salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn commission, giving you the opportunity to be rewarded for your performance and impact.

This programme is open to graduates from any degree discipline — so whether you studied business, history, engineering, or something completely different, we want to hear from you. Other Things We're Looking For

• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Able to relocate to Leeds for the first 6 months
• Willingness to travel across the country

You don't need to have studied sales or have previous experience in the field — we'll give you all the training and support you need. : Successful candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK from the start date. This role does not qualify under current UK visa sponsorship criteria

Salary structure
: £32,000 per annum plus £2,000 relocation allowance for all, after 6 months - £35,000 per annum for those in Osterley and £32,000 per annum for those staying in Leeds plus commission and a company car.
