A career in Buying offers exciting opportunities to shape the products our customers see every day.

On our 2 year Buying Graduate Programme, you'll rotate across different categories, gaining hands-on experience in:

• Range planning and development
• Supplier negotiations and relationship management
• Sales tracking and performance analysis
• Promotional planning and execution
• Competitor and market research
• Product lifecycle management

From day one, you'll support Buyers in making commercial decisions, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring product availability. You'll be involved in everything from line listing and cost/retail changes to resolving store and supplier queries.

You'll also contribute to promotional strategies, raise and reconcile invoices, and help shape category performance through data-driven insights.
