Ziebe Ltd are the UK subsidiary of Förch GmbH, based in Germany and Europe's premium supplier of 'C' parts. Ziebe mainly operates in the automotive, marine and industrial after-markets supplying the 'highest-quality' fixings, fasteners, technical chemicals, hand tools and assembly products direct to garages, refinish body-shops, auto electricians, agricultural, marine and engineering workshops.
Our continued growth now requires that we continue to support our high customer service levels with additional field sales personnel and as such we are recruiting field based personnel with direct sales experience. Knowledge of the automotive after-market and
or
direct sales experience is essential. It is unlikely that applicants without either of the aforementioned experience would be successful with their application.
Alternatively you may have hands-on automotive after-market experience, gained in a parts, sales or service department or a hands-on workshop position, but now wish to develop your career into a field sales role while remaining in a familiar environment.
As a Territory Account Manager with Ziebe, you will have the use of a Company vehicle, earn a competitive basic salary together with uncapped bonus and commissions as well as an annual profit share incentive. You will be part of an already successful team, service and manage an established base from the outset.
Full product and sales training with permanent on-going field support is provided for you to build a successful career with Ziebe and we inspire individuals to be outstanding and reward accordingly. Our product and sales training together with our field support programs are exceptional and we invest significant time, energy and resources into our people to allow them to develop and grow as individuals within our friendly organisation.
We are seeking people with:
- Good people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- A positive 'can-do' attitude with a 'go-west' spirit
- Either proven sales skills and or automotive aftermarket knowledge
- Desire to succeed, achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The ability to manage and develop your own customer base
- The aspiration to increase your salary year on year
- Living within 25 miles of the post code territory
- Fluency in English language with good numeracy skills
- No more than 6 endorsement points on driving license
