About the Role:

We are currently looking for a fantastic individual to help us deliver exceptional service across weddings, conferences, and private events. As Function Supervisor, you will be a key part of the team, overseeing event operations, guiding staff, and ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up dining and event spaces in line with client requirements
  • Lead the team during events, ensuring smooth service and team coordination
  • Brief team members before each event on roles, timing, and guest expectations
  • Liaise with hosts, kitchen, reception, and reservations to ensure clear communication and accuracy
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback or minor complaints professionally
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised environment throughout the event
  • Ensure all service meets food hygiene, safety, and company standards
  • Support staff training and contribute to a positive team culture
