The Role

Good news, our business is growing. Better news, we are looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Co-Ordinator just like you to become a key member of our team.  Our ideal candidate would get involved across areas such as communications, retailer marketing, events and experiences. The 'fun stuff' would include working on the delivery of all Caterham Experiences, whether on track, drifting or in the factory, one of your top priorities would be ensuring all experiences run smoothly and our customers have an amazing time. You'll become a key contact for our global dealer network to provide support and on their local marketing activities and events, as well as sharing your knowledge and ensuring they use our CRM platform correctly (don't worry we provide training ).

As part of our small but dedicated team, you'll become a face of the brand engaging with customers, delivering events and experiences across the country. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and proactive but equally must be a team player who builds great working relationships with other staff members and customers.

Key Objectives, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of all Caterham Experiences, including regular contact with customers
  • Assist the wider marketing team across a variety of campaigns & projects
  • Manage and update all customer enquiries and information on our CRM platform
  • Work with digital agency on the on-going development of the Experiences content / promotion / booking system
  • Develop email templates for customer interactions
  • Provide financial support with invoicing and payments
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports on KPIs as requested
  • Elevate the Caterham brand and ensure every point of contact is an excellent customer experience

Key Skills & Experience

  • You will be a confident person who is self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Can perform under pressure and effectively tackle problems, with appropriate guidance
  • Able to work well both on your own and as part of a team
  • An interest in automotive and motorsport would be advantageous

Key Relationships

Based at Caterham's modern headquarters in Dartford, Kent; the position will live inside the Marketing department and report to the Experiences Manager.

Competitive salary subject to experience and skill level. 22 days annual leave (rising to maximum 27 days), After a probationary period, there will be a range of benefits such as eligibility to join the Company Pension Scheme, staff purchase discounts and death in service life cover.
