Marketing Coordinator

RVT Group are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team; the role is varied and will allow you to explore all aspects of marketing. To begin with, your primary responsibilities will include social media scheduling, e-shot creation, dataorganisation, website updates, customer gifts and some marketing administration activities.
**About the role**:
The marketing team are also responsible for content writing, flyer & brochure designs, website CMS updates, SEO & PPC, marketing automation, product launches, instruction & spec sheet updates, webinars, live events, placing adverts, PowerPoint presentations,videos, product photography, reporting and administration. There is often a crossover of responsibilities within the team, therefore this role would suit someone who is flexible and enjoys all aspects of marketing. The team work closely together and assisteach other with tasks to ensure that all deadlines are met.
Good organisation and communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with other teams within RVT, as well as liaising with external suppliers. The Company is growing, and responsibilities are evolving, therefore you may be asked to assistwith other marketing activities or take on special projects to support business growth.
**Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- E-shot creation & audience segmentation
- LinkedIn scheduling (paid & organic)
- Assisting with SEO/ PPC
- Website & marketing document updates
- Marketing administration and reporting
**Marketing Coordinator Requirements**:

- An enthusiastic person and pro-active thinker.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and great communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and easily change priorities if required.
- Good written English (GCSE Grade B or above ideally).
- CIM or other marketing qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Experience with Craft CMS, Google Ads, Mail Chimp, Adobe, Canva and HubSpot would be advantageous.
- Ability to take responsibility for projects and deliver them on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Ability to co-ordinate with other departments or outside agencies effectively.

**Location**: Dartford, Kent
**Contract Type**: Full time, Permanent
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 08:30 am - 16:30 pm.
**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

**Benefits**: Development Support; EAP available; Healthcare (available after completion of Probationary period); 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) increases after 2 years.
