Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Creative Project Manager with strong expertise in graphic design, multimedia production, and videography to lead our promotional and business development initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on production, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence from concept to completion. You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute innovative creative marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop compelling visual content — including videos, motion graphics, graphics, and digital designs — for social media, websites, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Lead the creative process from brainstorming and storyboarding to final production, ensuring all outputs align with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to produce promotional assets that engage and convert target audiences.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, workflows, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all creative projects.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine creative strategies and maximize results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing creative projects in marketing, advertising, or business development environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and professional video editing tools.
  • Solid understanding of branding, digital storytelling, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • A strong creative eye paired with a strategic mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
