My client, a progressive, entrepreneurial, Top 50 UK Law Firm built on innovation, collaboration, and exceptional client service seeks to appoint a Private Client Partner.

Their Central England office is a hive of activity with the team maintaining a strong track record in managing high-net-worth (HNW) clients and complex case work. The meticulous quality of work is matched by the calibre of individuals within the team, many of whom are recognised in Legal 500 and have received numerous accolades.

We're looking for a Private Client Partner to help lead, grow, and shape the Private Client offering in Northampton and the surrounding counties. This is a rare chance to step into a senior role within one of the UK's largest Private Client teams, (nearly 120-strong), and be part of something truly ambitious.

The Role

You'll join a nationally respected team and be responsible for consolidating and growing the Northampton based Private Client function. This includes:

  • Working with an established team of highly skilled Private Client Lawyers

  • The team have a fantastic client base - develop this with your own.

  • Build and maintain relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals, businesses / families.

  • Collaborating with colleagues locally and across our firm's departments

  • Mentoring junior members and create an environment of continuous professional excellence.

  • Actively contribute to business development and enhancing their market profile in the region.
