Role Overview

BeMa Cyber Tech Ltd is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing SaaS team .

You'll own the full lifecycle of deployment, automation, and reliability for a modern Azure-based stack supporting real-time Microsoft integrations.

You'll work closely with the Full-Stack Developers, CTO, and QA team to ensure continuous delivery, resilience, and compliance for a rapidly scaling platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure & Automation

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Azure App Service, Container Apps, SQL, Functions, and Key Vault.
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for seamless deployments.
  • Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Bicep templates.
  • Configure and monitor resource scaling, load balancing, and cost optimization.

Monitoring & Reliability

  • Implement and manage logging, alerts, and dashboards via Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Maintain system uptime and performance SLAs across multiple tenants.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive reliability improvements.

Security & Compliance

  • Secure workloads and pipelines following ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus principles.
  • Manage credentials, keys, and secrets using Azure Key Vault.
  • Collaborate with the Cyber Manager to ensure all infrastructure meets BeMa's internal security frameworks.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work with the development team to containerize applications and streamline deployments.
  • Partner with QA and Product teams to automate testing and release validation.
  • Document environments, configurations, and deployment procedures for internal and client audits.
  • Participate in sprint planning and contribute to continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure App Service, SQL, Key Vault, Functions, and Container Apps.
  • Familiarity with Python, , or similar backend deployment environments.
  • Competence in monitoring tools (Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of networking, access control, and cloud security best practices.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms or MSP environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft APIs.
  • Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, or Bicep.
  • Exposure to ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
