Location: Primarily Clough Road Clinic, with oversight of Clough Road, Brough, and Beverley (future expansion plans into East Yorkshire region)
Reports to: Clinical Lead
Location: Flex Health HQ, Hull. Required to travel between sites in Brough and Beverley.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £40,000+ (Based on experience)
Start Date: Candidate specific.
Holidays: 5.6 weeks per year pro rata
Pension: Included

Role Overview
Flex Health is seeking a proactive and strategic practice manager to lead operations across multiple clinics and drive business growth. This role will oversee the Clough Road, Brough sites, spearhead the setup and successful launch of Beverley, and support further expansion into North and East Yorkshire in 2026.
You will ensure operational excellence, compliance with ISO9001 and CQC standards, and continuous improvement through structured gap analysis and process development. Working closely with the Clinical Lead, you will make autonomous decisions to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Compliance:
- Conduct regular gap analysis to assess compliance with ISO9001 and CQC standards. Upon gap analysis complete all documentation required in line with ISO9001.
- Self-starter who proactively develops and implements new processes and documentation to maintain and exceed compliance requirements.
- Oversee booking systems, client management systems, and administrative workflows.
Financial & Commercial Accountability:
- Support and work with the finance team with monitoring finances, and support with salaries and expenses.
- Understand and oversee company cashflow processes.
- Ongoing business analysis. This includes monitoring overall clinical numbers, revenue, individual numbers, percentage capacity.
- Monitor KPIs and drive financial performance through strategic planning.
Strategic Growth & Business Development:
- Working with the clinical and admin team with incentives to drive business.
- Lead the operational setup and launch of the Beverley clinic and further clinics in 2026.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand services and market reach.
- Support regional growth plans for East Yorkshire in 2026.
- Oversee all marketing activities for the clinics, bringing in relevant marketing process where required to keep the marketing on brand and current.
- Maximising and generating new leads. Ensuring improved treatment communication, leading on retaining and rebooking.
Team Leadership & Culture:
- Inspire, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, therapists, rehabilitators, and administrative staff.
- Foster a culture of wellbeing, continuous improvement, and patient-centric care.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with central teams (Finance, HR, Marketing, Clinical, Operations) to deliver practice strategy.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Proven experience in clinical management and multi-site operations.
- Strong understanding of ISO9001 and CQC compliance processes, with experience in gap analysis and process development.
- Demonstrable leadership and people management skills, with a track record of empowering teams.
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Commercially astute with experience in budget management and KPI delivery.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Committed to clinical quality and exceptional client experience.
