Technical Solution Specialist

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including preparing documentation, supporting bids, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges, delivering tailored EV charging solutions and presenting our product capabilities.
  • Develop solution designs, including site planning, product configuration, and system optimization; clearly define technical scopes in project documentation.
  • Support prototype requests, testing, and product evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with specifications.
  • Provide timely technical support to both internal teams and customers, ensuring clear, accurate information is shared.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless implementation and feedback integration.
  • Analyze competitor offerings to strengthen our value proposition and support the sales team with actionable insights.

You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical roles, preferably in EV charging or renewable energy.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, solution design, and site planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional international teams.
  • Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
