We're seeking an experienced
Technical Writer / Medical Writer
to join our client's growing
Digital Technologies team
in London. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing all
user-facing documentation
,
end-user guides
, and
technical communications
across the company's product portfolio.

You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and medical teams to explain complex technical and medical concepts in clear, engaging language. This role also involves leading a small team of writers and ensuring consistent terminology, style, and quality across all materials.

What you'll do:

  • Write, edit, and publish user guides, FAQs, and medical documentation.
  • Communicate product features and benefits through clear, user-focused content.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical writers.
  • Ensure compliance with editorial and medical writing standards.
  • Maintain and improve our knowledge base and help documentation.

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in writing or editing technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and standards in the field of medical technology.
  • Experience in a writing or editorial role for a medical journal or similar publication.
  • Medical degree strongly preferred.
  • Membership of established relevant professional bodies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical and medical concepts in clear, simple terms.
  • Expert user of authoring and editorial software.
  • Working knowledge of common technical tools and subjects.
