This is a part-time position (around 22.5 hours per week), offered on a 1-year fixed term basis. The role is based in London or Peterborough, with regular travel between offices.

Our Corporate & Commercial team is on an upward trajectory, and we need someone brilliant to step in as maternity cover for the team's Business Development Executive. You'll keep the momentum going: raising our profile, deepening client relationships, and driving measurable growth.
You'll be embedded in the team, working side-by-side with lawyers to shape campaigns, track leads, and turn CRM insights into targeted action. Think identifying cross-sell opportunities, coordinating sector-specific outreach, and making sure BD efforts stay focused and consistent.
Collaboration is central to this role. You'll work closely with the Brand & Campaigns Director and wider BD colleagues to share ideas, spot opportunities, and keep momentum across the firm.
We're looking for someone proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You'll be the kind of person who sees patterns in the data, knows how to turn insight into impact, and brings fresh thinking when something isn't working.
