We now have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping manager to join the Queens Hotel and Spa.

As a Housekeeping manager you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

  • Inspect all assigned bedrooms, suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens, and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction.
  • Advise employees of deficiencies and instruct on corrective action. Provide adequate retraining as needed.
  • Ensure that all deficiencies are reported and recorded using the hotels specific procedures.
  • Ensure that all guest lost property is recorded using the hotels specific procedures.
  • Routinely perform all housekeeping duties necessary including making beds, and vacuuming and cleaning guest bedroom/suites, public areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
  • Carry out special needs and requests of the guests, VIP's and repeat visitors.
