About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, production and performance of content across all channels and customer touchpoints. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving growth, engagement and retention through world-class content.
As part of the ClickTech HUB marketing team, you'll own the full content lifecycle from brand storytelling and acquisition funnels to educational content, creator marketing, and retention loops. You'll work closely with Paid Media, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Community and our Creator Marketplace to deliver a high-impact content engine that powers scale.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can combine creative excellence with measurable outcomes.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Strategy & Brand Narrative
- Define and execute a full-funnel content strategy across awareness, education, conversion and retention.
- Design content strategy specifically to drive full-funnel velocity, ensuring that content for Awareness (TOFU) maps cleanly to conversion assets (BOFU).
- Develop the ClickTech HUB brand voice and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- Own and execute a best-in-class organic search strategy. This includes deep keyword research, technical SEO alignment with engineering, and content freshness optimization to dominate high-intent SERPs.
- Identify key content pillars, formats and channels aligned with key personas and journeys.
Content Creation & Distribution
- Build and manage a content calendar across blogs, video, email, social, paid media, landing pages, in-app content and webinars.
- Collaborate with creative, paid media, lifecycle and product teams to produce and distribute high-performing assets.
- Repurpose and optimise content for different use cases, formats and campaigns.
- Establish a robust customer review and social proof program. Work with the Customer Success and Product teams to capture, integrate, and amplify positive customer testimonials, case studies, and reviews across all marketing channels and landing pages.
Creator & Marketplace Content Integration
- Leverage expert creators in our Marketplace to produce courses, tools, and promotional content.
- Curate and package creator-led content into campaigns, landing pages, and brand education.
Performance & Optimisation
- Define and track KPIs, including traffic, engagement, lead generation, SERP ranking progression, retention uplift, and content ROI.
- Use analytics to assess performance, identify gaps and continuously improve based on data.
- Collaborate with the Snr Manager Marketing Analytics & Insights to report on content impact.
Leadership & Operation
- Hire and lead a high-performing content team including writers, editors, video creators and freelancers.
- Establish editorial standards, processes, workflows and brand style guidelines.
- Manage content budgets, agencies and production resources.
Thought Leadership & Community
- Create thought leadership campaigns that establish ClickTech as a leading voice in AI, entrepreneurship and growth.
- Amplify content through partnerships, social channels, creator community and external media.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Paid Media, Lifecycle, Product and UX to align content with user journeys and product experience.
- Collaborate with Product and Education teams to integrate content into onboarding, challenges and in-app experiences.
What we're looking for:
- 4-5+ years' experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or editorial leadership roles.
- Proven experience in creating conversion-focused bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) content, such as comparison guides, landing page copy, and product teardowns.
- Proven track record of using content to drive acquisition, engagement and retention in SaaS, EdTech, or subscription businesses.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging User-Generated Content (UGC) and managing external review platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, G2, Capterra) as a core part of the acquisition and conversion strategy.
- Strong creative and editorial judgement, with ability to lead multi-format content production (copy, video, social, educational).
- Deep understanding of full-funnel content strategy and its impact on growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, engagement).
- Hands-on experience with CMS, SEO tools, analytics platforms (e.g. GA4), and content ops workflows.
- Experience managing and scaling content teams and external creators.
- Highly collaborative, data-informed, proactive and quality-obsessed.
- Bonus: Experience working with creator economy, online education, or AI-driven platforms.
