About Us

Premier Group Recycling Limited is a growing waste management company specialising in IT disposal, recycling, and document shredding across the UK. We're expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals to help us connect with new business customers and grow our client base.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to start a career in B2B sales. You'll be speaking with business customers by phone, introducing our services, and booking appointments for our senior team. Full training and ongoing support will be provided – we're looking for enthusiasm, good communication skills, and the right attitude rather than prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our services
  • Identify potential leads and record accurate information in our CRM
  • Arrange call-backs or appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up warm leads and previous contacts
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call
