Our platform provides institutional exposure—primarily to banks and asset managers—through bespoke securitisation and structured credit solutions.

Based in Mayfair, we operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and credit risk, offering a dynamic and hands-on environment for ambitious professionals in the structured finance and asset-backed lending space.

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst in Asset-Backed Finance with at least 3 years of securitisation experience gained at a bank, asset manager, credit fund, or advisory firm. You will play a key role in the full deal lifecycle—from origination and due diligence through structuring, execution, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Structuring & Execution

  • Support the structuring and execution of SPV-based transactions across consumer loans, SME loans, BNPL, credit cards, equipment leasing, and other asset classes
  • Build and review cash flow models, term sheets, and structural waterfall analyses
  • Lead workstreams during transaction execution, coordinating with internal and external parties
  • Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
  • Conduct detailed asset-level and operational due diligence on loan originators and lessors
  • Assess underwriting policies, servicing capabilities, data integrity, and portfolio performance
  • Participate in onsite visits and prepare DD reports and risk assessments

Portfolio Monitoring

  • Monitor ongoing performance of purchased portfolios and underlying collateral
  • Assess servicer reporting, covenant compliance, and key performance indicators
  • Prepare internal portfolio reviews and investor reporting materials

Legal & Documentation

  • Work closely with external counsel to review transaction documentation (purchase agreements, servicing agreements, facility docs, etc.)
  • Coordinate negotiations among originators, investors, and advisors to ensure timely execution

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with banks, asset managers, legal counsel, service providers, and senior management
  • Present analyses and investment materials to investment committees and partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of securitisation / structured credit experience at a bank, credit fund, asset manager, or similar institution
  • Solid understanding of ABS structuring, SPVs, and credit risk analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel financial modelling required)
  • Experience managing multiple deal workstreams and external stakeholders
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with consumer finance, SME lending, BNPL, credit cards, or leasing strongly preferred
