Join our team at Royal London Asset Management as a Senior Finance Analyst, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll provide clear, actionable analysis of financial performance and profitability, support monthly P&L processes, and contribute to forecasting and annual business planning. 

This role is perfect for someone from an Asset Management background who understands the industry and can anticipate stakeholder needs, add value through forward-thinking solutions, and build strong partnerships to influence decision-making.

About the role

The role supports the delivery of high-quality management information to help business leaders understand financial performance and make informed decisions.

It involves:-    Contributing to insightful analysis that explains financial results and profitability.
-    Assisting with the monthly P&L process by identifying key drivers behind variances.
-    Supporting regular forecasting and annual Business Plan activities.

The position also requires a proactive approach to anticipate stakeholder needs and add value through forward thinking solutions, while building strong business partnerships to provide insight and constructive challenge that supports decision making.

•    Industry knowledge and proven experience within Asset Management.

•    Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage senior stakeholders.

•    Demonstrated business partnering expertise with a collaborative approach.

•    Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across internal and external stakeholders. 

•    Ability to streamline processes and embrace technology-driven improvements.

•    Ability to work to tight deadlines, taking ownership and responsibility.

•    Tenacious and 'can do' attitude
