An exciting Administration & bookkeeping opportunity has come about for a property investment company which is building a vast portfolio of assets across the UK. Role is perfect for someone dynamic, organised, has strong attention to detail and is very ambitious
Job Spec
- Daily Transaction Processing: Accurately process and record including sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payments, primarily using Sage.
- Accurately and efficiently managing all aspects of bookkeeping using Sage Line 50 software.
- Cash Flow Management: Preparing and analysing cash flow statements to support financial decision-making.
- Excel Expertise: Utilizing Excel spreadsheets to manage, track, and report financial data effectively.
- General Bookkeeping.
- Opportunities for client-facing interaction including face to face.
- Prepare tenant rent statements, or specific property-related expenditure tracking.
- Review and process staff expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Maintain organized and accessible digital and physical records for all financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval for audit and compliance purposes.
- Work closely with the operations and management teams to ensure timely financial reporting and address any internal queries related to transactions or payments.

What You'll Bring
We are looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and add immediate value.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of practical bookkeeping experience.
- Software Skills: Proven proficiency with Sage Line 50 in a professional practice environment. A formal Sage certification is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with property accounts or in the property sector is a significant advantage.
