**Book Keeper & Administrator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, handle invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist in basic accounting tasks.
- Administrative Tasks: Oversee daily office operations, manage correspondence, handle phone calls, and maintain office supplies.
- Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients, schedule appointments, and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Office Organization: Maintain an orderly filing system for financial documents, client records, and administrative paperwork.
- Bookkeeping: Track expenses, generate financial reports, and assist in budgeting processes.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and client management.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, identify solutions, and contribute to decision-making processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles (Essential)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping software (Xero, Sage, Quickbooks etc)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office, Excel, etc.
- Previous experience in office administration or as a personal assistant is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
